JUDGES' CLINIC WITH USA YOGA HEAD JUDGE KY HA

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 6 - 1:30 pm Eastern/10:30 am Pacific (California) 

This clinic is free for all USA Yoga Members, though pre-registration is required. 

USA Yoga Head Judge Ky Ha will lead a 90-minute workshop focused on observing postures from the finalists during 2021 Nationals and providing feedback on how judges assess these postures. This program is intended for athletes looking to improve their performance, coaches who want to better assist their athletes in competition, and judges who want to finesse their skills. There will be a judges’ and coaches’ assessment offered after the clinic.

Ky was the International Yoga Champion representing the United States in 2007. Since then, he has used his experience as an athlete, a teacher, and a practitioner to coach multiple international champions: Almani Colombo (2016, 2018); Gloria Suen (2012, 2014); and Dev Kapil (2009). Ky is the director of Progressive Hatha Yoga.

This program is the first step in becoming a certified USA Yoga judge or coach. Among other qualifications, you must also complete a judges' assessment.

Note: While this workshop is free for members, there is a $30 fee for the judges' assessment.
