The Class

This class is one of six outlines that in an accessible format collectively equal the 84-asana class. If you enjoy a 26&2 practice and are interested in what comes next, you will love this class!  Starting with Ghosh salutes, and with plenty of familiar postures, you will work on deeper postures that help strengthen and open your body in a therapeutic way.

Tara Johnson, 2024 US Women’s Gold Medalist

Tara is a Pacific Northwest native who started practicing yoga at 31 years old. She went to her first teacher training later that year. Tara finds yoga competition an avenue to better know herself and as a way to realize that anything is possible. 

Tara has spent the last four years training with Esak Garcia and practicing his e84 method. She enjoys sharing it immensely. Brandy Lyn has been an influential teacher as well. Tara sends a shout out to her home studio, Expand Yoga in Tacoma, WA, where she has taught for the past 12 years.
